op, at your weight once saturated you'll need roughly 15-18g per week to maintain. if you're training 4 days a week 4g on training days would suffice.
no, it will not slow down your fat loss. and it will not change your physique. your diet and a good training program changes your physique.
some may encounter gi issues using mono. you wont experience any gi issues with hcl. at least i don't.

OP, creatine can be used all year round on a bulk or cut. I find it beneficial during a cut as it helps maintain my strength.
if experiencing gi issues on mono, give hcl a try.
