Track your diet (every bite) for two weeks. If your weight remains
stable - that is your maintenance. If it's going up/down, make adjustments
and track again. Monotonous process, but necessary. ...

Don't understand your question. Many feds have 10 year intervals in Master classes.
I've competed Masters a few times over 25 years, and never felt unfairly matched
according to age.
