yea it was on sale at GNC for $35 so i picked up a tub the other day...after 3days of using all i can say is it has given me a lil more energy

muscle milk chocolate is the best i've ever had....taste's so good with skim milk

i usually take a tbsp in the am and one before i go to bed...if you can't stand the taste like me try it mixed in a glass of oj, that completely kills the taste.

buy different spices/seasonings. greek, barbacue etc...I use a diff flav each day to mix it up, and the seasonings i buy have no cals so they only add sodium

When I'm cutting I use muscle milk chocolate w/12oz skim milk for an absolutely delicious meal replacement, but never for pwo...ON all the way, it's just so affordable and cookies and cream is pretty...
