    Is a workout plan that is 3 days (ie. Tues, Thurs, & Sat) good for adding mass? Or do I need to kill myself with some kind a of 5 day workout. Any opinions greatly appreciated.

    When doing bent over rows I position my hands at roughly shoulder width on the first set than a wide grip on the second. Is there a "best position" for maximum muscle stimulation?
