I keep hearing about the GoMad diet as a cheap easy way to get lots of calories in, but the idea of drinking 1 gallon of milk a day seems like a complete chore.
you can put that 5kg back on in 2 weeks if you dedicate yourself to proper lifting and nutrition, I know eating massive amounts of food isn't easy, but it doesn't have to be as hard as you make it...
Thanks I tried the excel document and it's pretty awesum how you did it, I just can't trust something someone else has made to work it out for me, because I'll always be wanting to work my own needs...
