I have a few exercises, like the extensions for triceps, where the weights are too heavy for endurance. I loose a bit of form, and I don’t push as hard if I break a set of 8 reps into two quick sets...

I have only been doing the Arnold presses for a few months. In my 5x5 phase they were heavier sets then the warmup I use them for now. Neither time did I experience any shoulder pain.
