I take whey in the morning and post workout. I take a mixed protein w/casein or straight casein right before I sleep.
That should do you good then. Some creatine would help too. I take AllMax Micornized creatine and has done me good
I switch between jack3d and assualt. I add extra creatine when I take the jack3d
