you have to experiment with your carb load.
Some do it for 12h,24h,every 2 weeks or not.
You're gonna do a 48h carb load for a cut.For me that's to long.It slows down my progress.
I just do a 24 h...
You're right.Pic a number of cals,but don't go to low.You can always go lower,if you're not losing weight.
If you are losing to fast,up the cals.Keep lifting heavy,stay active.And keep prot.high.
