yes i agree,alot of people here don't remember we all start from somewhere.no one is born ripped,nor born in shape,you have to GET ripped and in shape.alot of us are just starting out,im an endomorph...

i think because usually the things you start are the most difficult things to finish.alot of stuff is easier said then done...but those who start a goal and finish them are truely inspiring...

i have had some sketchers running shoes for awhile and they work great.i have heard good things on New Balance and asics too.my current Sketchers running shoes are good but i need some more.
