The culprit is the caffeine and acidic flavors (i.e. lemon, pineapple, etc.) in PWO which causes flare-ups. I would suggest changing your diet to low-fat. And eatting greek non-fat yogurt daily helps...

You'll get use to it. But if you have stomach probs then it will be hell.
