well, i won't call it a year...I started lifting for mass gains last year at this time...saw some gains but then quitted after 6 weeks, took a 6 month break from lifting and resumed in late January...
Results from ~3 months of work so far...restarted training again in January after a 6 month break and losing most of the noob gains. Will post again in another 3-4 months.
