Any of you guys (sprinters) just cut out squats during the outdoor track season? Meaning not squat at all for a period of 6-10 weeks? And other lifting in season, why do you guys manage that?
wrong brah. that street specifically, whenever snowballs were thrown. the car was alone on the road + road's straight = chance of an accident actually occuring is extremely low.
Ya im only squatting once a week now, progress has already been made and if I was able to squat 2-3x per week going below parallel, I'd quickly it up to 335 range.
