    no creatine does give you spots...i wouldnt go as far as saying it cause's acne...a few pimples round your mouth would be as much as it would get...i should i know i have used creatine on more then...

    if you dont want to lose any muscele i suggest you up your protein intake just to be on the safe side...and do bout a hour cardio...or cuz your already quite slim...2 hours :D
