It's funny how he said he wants to bulk up because he wants mass instead of being shredded, but the only thing everyone has commented on has been how shredded he is.

I've never done it, but I've smoked after a workout. Was so unbelievably relaxing.
You need to shock your system back into it. I'd actually say take a 1 or 2 week break from working out, but still maintain a good diet. Keep calories the same, or slightly increase them...

Hydroxycut is not a good thing to be taking. I've heard A LOT of horror stories about Hydroxycut.
You look cut up as all hell. I would definitely say bulk, but keep it clean and still do some cardio. You have a great base, just slowly gain muscle and stave off the fat, you'll look ****in killer.
You definitely put on some size and no visible increase in fat.
Keep doing whatever you're doing and you'll end up being impressive as hell.
