    you need A LOT more volume. with 15 sec or rest you'll be done with this in about 10-15 minutes.

    I would also hit your legs more than once a week.

    I've been doing them the past week as opposed to weighted mainly because I'm running them 8x8 with 15 sec rest between sets so the pump is insane. I also use them as a pre-exhaust for incline bench....
