Don't worry if you haven't gained any weight. 4 weeks isn't long enough to cover the difference made by water weight etc. You've made strength gains, and mass follows strength.
I've heard many times that olympic lifts are excellent for MMA training. Look at some pictures of typical o-lifters, you wouldn't want to face them in a fight.
