I try to stay at a gallon a day. I can really tell if I don't get enough water, because my calfs cramp like crazy.
This cracks me up! I thought my hubby was going to fall over when I told him I needed 3 dozen eggs for one week. Sometime I think he's having a harder time adjusting to me eating healthy than I am.
