    dont see a problem with it and may actually aid recovery, I find it is usually a lot harder due still being sore from the wlrkout before but does help with recovery afterwards...

    why would you do so much on small muscle groups?...

    why would you do so much on small muscle groups? They should get enough workout when doing back, chest and shoulders, i would think if you want to train arms directly once a week would be enough.
