From what i'm reading cardio isn't a massive fat burner, in terms of what we want desired results to be e.g. strip fat & keep muscle... cardio just reduces your whole body size in general depleting...
I picked up a muscle/fitness mag from the rack the other day which had an article on exactly this! (post the name of the mag here if you've seen it - jan/feb edition of one them in the UK)
If you get really down to the science behind most of the core ingredients to all fat burners the medical tests never really seem to add up to what the FBs are supposed to do... even investigations...
