    I'd take a 90lb dumbbell if i were you and use your shoulders, back, and legs to assist ur bicep and swing it up and down as many times as you can, that'll make your biceps the biggest ever man.

    just a suggestion - next time all the dip belts...

    just a suggestion - next time all the dip belts are taken, grab a dumbbell and put it between ur legs and do dips with that.
