What kind of progression scheme do you guys recommend for 3x8 PPL routine? I've only done 3/5x5 so far so it was self explanatory. Should I just up the weight once I can get 10 reps or add 2.5...

I would add that my last warmup for pressing sets is a few pullups to warm up the lats even more. Has really helped my OHP.
Imagine bending it into a U in front of your face. It'll rotate your elbows into the right position, and maximally activate your lats.
