Are you working any other muscle groups... These all seem to be abs exercises. Sounds like you need more lean muscle mass and the only way to get that is by training all muscle groups...
I still would not cycle at such a big difference... my own preference is to eat the same each day, then I can be sure of exactly how many calories I am eating.

I think you should start bulking now... you need to build up your lean muscle too, which will happen with the weight training... if you cut too much more you'll just look skinny.
