I find it similar to a 2-3 board press in terms of lockout, but allows you to use your full range of motion. Great for overloading, especially pushing out more reps when fatigue sets in. Feels good...

RAW would be considered no wraps, before no belt. Depending on the fed, wraps count as "raw", but others, like the USPA differentiate between raw w/ wraps and no wraps.
