i usually do them mid workout or so so that i wont have to use a weight and i can get like 3 sets of 10 (as opposed to having to do more if i did them in the beginning)... but im not too sure on...
you are not going to gain strength on a bulk, you do that with a caloric surplus (bulk) only... for a cut you can only hope to maintain that strength so gj if you are
the problems people run into is inadequate water intake and they immediately blame it on creatine.. if it did have such effects, nobody would take it.. if anything, you could run into some problems...
when in doubt, focus on the diet... but if you want you can do what i did and look into certain bench blasters or other shock therapy programs to help people get over plateaus
