Go about every 2 months. Got one Thursday night. My back and neck were a mess and he worked for a full hour and I finally got relief. Will not work back until next Wednesday

Mine always respond well to reverse grip close grip bench press I like to do these on the smith machine. Also skull crushers and seated dips.
