    BMR at 154 vs 185 Question

    154 weight = 1750 cals
    185 weight = 1940 cals

    so does this mean if you put on 30 lbs of fat, that extra fat is 190 calories extra maintenance?

    Or what would you add to BMR for every extra lb...
