EC is the most effective thing i've tried but sometimes the jitters / increased anxiety get to me. Also it seems to lower my libido for some reason.

I recently finished an EC + Dicana stack and am taking a break from cutting supplements for a good 2-3 weeks.

After the three weeks are up I'm thinking about taking either Dialene 4 or Cytolean as...

So what's everyone plan on stacking with Dialene 4?

I was thinkin about stacking with DCP and maybe thyrotabs.. but i've done zero research on this stack so far so it's not even close to set in...

so you take 4 scoops total per day Crucial? I was reading that 4 scoops per day is a bit of overkill.
