Training maxes are..
170kg - deadlift
155kg - squat

For bench day it has been..
Bench - 351
OHP - 3-5x3
Bent over rows 4x5-8
Dips 4x6 (weighted)
Curls 4x8
On OHP day it would typically look like
Lifts are at (raw)
Squat - 165kg
Bench - 110kg
