    The guy is naturally very thin, he's done well to turn his body around and also the fact he is 40 makes it even more of an achievement. I'd say he's 180-190lbs...

    Thats pathetic! I usually cheat for a whole day, Pizza, KFC etc.

    It's great to cheat on a few meals a week. Strict diets are no good, saturated fats and simple carbohydrates are essential :D

    I do 3 sets of two different bicep excercises, no more. I have an 'arm' day once per week. Hit them heavy, quantity does not work with such a small muscle.

    All you need to worry about is lifting heavy, consuming the food you need and sleeping. There is nothing else to it apart from self disapline and patience.

    db's are far better for alot of reasons, BUT it is good to switch between barbells and dumbells.
