This is truly a 1 scoop is enough pre-workout, I started with a scoop and felt like throwing up...eventually built tolerance and can finally handle a scoop. You feel like an animal when you take it.

This is very very hard to do, but since you are a beginner you may see it happen. There is a point where it just cuts off and you either gain weight and muscle, or lose fat and some muscle.
2x15? Thats a pretty crazy warm-up, maybe tone it down to 1x15 or 2x10. The purpose is to get blood pumping, not to tire yourself out.
