i take it... 1 scoop with milk pre w/o and two with milk after... only on workout days so it lasts me a while... and i don't think it tastes bad... not as good as my syntha 6 though

how old are you? And i would love to see a vid of that 385 pound squat and 225 pound bench press @ 165. Both of those could break records in the mens 16-17 year old weight class of 165.
