I just got a new 5lb. tub of Choc. Syntha-6 and i must say. . .I simply forgot how damn delicious this stuff is. I Also prefer it to others because it has Casein in it, and I like to have a shake...

My opinion would be ON 100% Whey and Syntha-6. . .but does anyone have any other opinions on a very dependable protein for lean muscle development?
