I used to have shoulder problems. Stopped ~2" from chest on BB press and shoulders have been waaayy better. :)

I have been rotating this routine and lyles GBR for a couple of years now, both have worked for me. After I come back on vacation I am going to try something totally different though (HST)...

Been doing early mornings for 3 years now. Just dont have the energy in the evenings that i have in the morning.
I find my elbows and shoulders dont bitch as much doing U/L too.
