I never feel high on leg day. Leg day sucks.
I've only quit for a month.
Apparently you missed the part of my post where I said I hated doing it?
From my avi, that was taken last june at the beggining of the month. 5 months later and I'm around 17 lbs heavier but my abs have pretty much disappeared (3-4% BF gain). I do miss my body the way...
cheating defeats the purpose of the project. if u have a passion for something, you do it with no ****s given. biochem and excercise science is cool to me. Also, if i lay 2k surplus of cals out and...

i love biochem, so this is important to me.

no flat bench?
with that routine im surprised u dont have cuff probs. seems good to me.
Do that routine 2x a week and ull see results.
wtf is it with all these ***gots thinking carbs are evil?
Everyday is an upper body day.
srsly doubt u can bench 170 properly at ur weight and BF.
on a more helpful note, low reps should be just as high intensity, maybe slightly less. but to answer your question: yes, you can get...
10 lbs. a month is quite a bit. I'd cut it down to 3-4 maximum bro.
Also, I think you're probably eating much more than 3k to gain that much weight. More like 4k, even higher if you're active.
How is your bench so high?
