I just trying to show others my experience with this diet so far. The more opinions out there the better.
So I just started playing with this diet this week and its amazing. Eating tons of food is soo much more rewarding and convient that the 6-7 meals a day plan. and the IIFYM approach to eating rules...
I plan on doing this in the long run, but i figured baby steps would be the ebst way to go. I am used to eating clean, so i figured start out that way, and gradually add in the unhealthy stuff.
Holy sh!t...this is amazing...soooo much food...I can not remember the last time I was on a diet and it actually took my more than 5 minutes to eat.

ok so rethinking this:
200 grams of protein a day= 1 gram per bodyweight
120 grams of fat per day= .6 gram per bodyweight
100 grams of carbs per day
protein cals= 800
fat cals= 1080
carb...
I am 5'6" and 200lbs. Probably 15% BF right now. So if my layout is terrible how would I correct it? I really want to give this a try and do it right. I have to train at 5 am because of work.
