Both me and my dog eat it.. I cook my food in it.. and my usually add 2-3 drops of it in my dogs dry food (its good for their fur)..

sodas now just give me a stomach ache..thank god beer still agrees with my system..

Thanks for the suggestions. As for supps I take multi-vitamin, glucosamine, calcium supp, and fish oils.. Shouldn't the fish oils help with the good fats?

Also am I taking in enough carbs??
