Yeah definitely working on my chest man, i noticed i wasnt arching my back enough on flats bench so my front delts were taking over the lift quite a bit. fixed it 2 weeks ago and can already e44 some...
I would just go to the gym about 3-4 times a week and hit every muscle group hard at least once a week lol
