199.8 same as Monday and good enough for me. It feels great to be under 200 again. I still have a lot to lose, but this is a big milestone for me.

Most people will disagree with that going under 1500 especially for your size, but I've found that the BMR calculators are not accurate for me. I need to eat under 1500 if I want to lose any weight....
