    After you workout is when your body craves protein the most. Especially BCAA's. Hopefully you're protein has some...Most important being Leucine, it's Amino acid your body craves for most.

    1g protein-1 lbs of weight. Or whatever you want to weigh. If you want to weigh 150 have 150g a day. I'd do take upon waking and after workout though

    Rep range should be 8-10 imo, BUT i also recommend doing some Pyramids. For some workouts doing Ascending or Descending pyramids work the muscle way better than just 8-10 reps.
