    Is this considered a refeed?

    If I eat approx 70-100g carbs per day for 3-5 days, and then have 120g+ of carbs the next day, is that enough of an increase to be considered a refeed?

    How many saturated fats?

    I eat anywhere from 20-60g a fat per day.....how many g should be saturated? I know I'm supposed to keep them to a minimum but I eat foods like cheddar cheese which are high in sat. fats

    The recommended carb intake is .45-1g per lb

    Do yoga whenever you feel you need to do it. Sometimes I do it everyday, other times I do it twice a week. Either way its still relaxing, beneficial, and a great workout overall!
