Thanks for you help but I have that part figured out. My main question has to do with the order... as in which one should be used first or if they should actually be used at the same time?

I have a 180 caps of 6-OXO and a bottle of Post Cycle Support by AI. Whats the best order and way to do this?

Because I don't know the answer. Usually after 40-60 mins of heavy lifting I feel dead. It seems that if I push beyond that time, I may be just wearing the **** outta my CNS despite taking the next...

Which of the following would have the CNS in the best position come day 3? Why?

Workout A
Day 1: 45min WO -Heavy Weights
Day 2: 45min WO -Heavy
Day 3: 45min WO -Light

Workout B
Day 1: 1.5...
