    Carb ups don't become useful until around 10% or so. Your total calories are pretty low though, I would recommend a diet break where you eat at maintenance for 1-2 weeks every 6-8 weeks.

    Eat around maintenance and lift heavy, you should be able to lose fat and gain muscle simultaneously for a while. Give it 6-8 months, then start cutting.
