I just started powerlifting with a westside routine and on my dynamic effort bench day I have to do 2 tricep excercises
1 extension (I do tricep pushdowns)
and 1 pushing excercise (I use close grip...
when maxing out on the bench I discovered my weak spot today
I got stuck at the middle of the bench
is this becuz I'm not strong enough for that weight or is that my weak spot?
and if so how can I...
I once read that arnold flexes to get more blood running trough his muscles
but he did this after a hard set so I don't know if it's usefull without training
