no....it's more similar to xtend with bcaa, citrulline malate and glutamine....purple wraath is something completely different: bcaa+eaa, BA, norvaline, ginger, Betaine and citrulline malate
I think CM (Creapure) is superior to all other creatines and IMHO only Magna Power, orotine and nitrate could be considered a good choice if you have stomach issue.
mmm..ok I'try to sip it during my w.o.
But in this manner does it influence the immediately post w.o. shake?(considering a continue nutrient flow during training)
