I have only done it with nut butters and its only been during the past 2 weeks. Probably due to my 4 month long cut diet with no starchy carbs and 1600 cals a day.

Well to be honest I needed the calories and weight gain anyways but yes I have removed them out of my diet, this was 2 days ago and altered my diet again.

The Pumpkin Seed Butter is really good. It has a little bit of a different taste than most nut butters, kind of more bitter tasting but really enjoyable.

I have the same issue when it comes to storing all the nut butters. My collection is becoming a little obsessive and now I have no room for anymore but let's be honest...plenty more to be added...
