It doesn't really matter when you take your protein, as long as you are getting your protein for the day. But I take mine like an hour after creatine. Personal preference though

i take my syntha 6, generally after i work out. but it really doesnt matter when you take it. thats just when i like to. your no xplode is a pre workout, so make sure to get your best results to take...

cellmass is creatine. so there is no reason for you to cycle off of it while you are taking a stim break

I love syntha 6. Its just like most supplements, people are going to be partial to different things. It offers protein, what it is marketed as, it tastes amazing, and mixes easily.
