Today's session went well. Switched to sumo deadlifts for a change and just playing around with things at the moment. Strangely enough the sumo's felt quite theraputic on my lower back.

So today is the 'pull' day, not strictly all pull movements. Got a stiff lower back from log pressing the other day (leaning too much lol)-pretty sure hovering at work yesterday didn't help.. and my...
