It really depends on your goals, if it was me I would keep bulking because I want size and strength I don't really care about abs and shet, might be bad advice but my .02$
Was it an expensive scale? srs. When I am on a cut I usually weight myself weekly, I drink lots of water the day before(Don't know if that actually helps)
