I wish my arms were a little shorter haha. I weigh about 180 right now, I think I'd only be able to do 200lbs for 20-25 reps. Next chest day I'll see how close I can get to 35.......

Day 6-7 (No APE) Rest
Took the weekend off for some much need rest. Went a little overboard on the calories, I made homemade chilli and couldn't stop eating it. Oh well :)
Day 5 (Friday)Bike Cardio
I Took a 15 mile bike ride around my town. This was the 5th day and my next two days will be rest and no APE.
I didn't notice any noticeable effects on this day.
