Ever since i stopped using pre - workouts to let my tolerance go back down to normal, I have not seen as good results when I was using pre- workouts. Does using a pre give you that much better...
I do one every once in a while if I come off a cheat day/rest day. I don't mind doing them I feel like I get a good workout. Not sure if it's the best thing tho idk.
I have the same problem, my diets good for 3-4 days then I just screw it up by binging on food. It's so hard to stick to a diet while on a cut ( doing it now ) it sucks man. Just sitting here...
anyone tried this? Its made by the same people who are making DMZ- Load so I do suppose it would be a good product, Just want to hear a few things about it before I even think about trying it.
Well, I did it and feel perfectly fine now so I guess it wasn't a problem.... I wanted to get a second workout with cardio/ super sets so I took a half scoop of white flood.
